Please use online resources and research to answer the question. You should use the CDC as your reference for the immunizations and can use other references for other information. Please read through all the information. Answer the questions in essay format. Please don’t plagiarize. You must complete all 4 cases. Please number each case (ie. Case 1, Case 2, etc) and number each question (do not write out the question)
For every immunizations you discuss or write in this assignment, you need to document the number in the series (ie. DTaP #1 or MMR #2), the dose (ie. 0.5ml or 1ml), the route (IM, SQ, or oral), and manufacturer (GlaxoSmithKline). Example: GlaxoSmithKline, MMR #2, 0.5ml SQ. Note: Points will be deducted if this is not done. This should be done on every immunization every time you discuss/list it Don’t assume it is the same dose, etc at every age. For case 4, #2, this is referring to counseling the mother on the ones she is unsure about. You need to give details and facts about why the child should get the vaccine. Give information about what it is preventing and safety. One of the questions ask about anticipatory guidance related a vaccine. Dont forget to address that question. If you do not know what anticipatory guidance is, please research and learn/understand before writing a vague/generic statement and loose unnecessary points. Additional Resources:
