– How much, cost is there for us?
– If we’re building out structure, we’re printing things

– So if you were to say this is the opportunity, its going to be * kiosk at the annual meeting, listings in the mobile app…
* We need to know how is it, again, create, sell, deliver
• Creation: what does it look like?
• Selling: what are some options?
• What is it?
• Are we going to charge companies $400, $1,000, $2,000, $12,000?
• So how much are we going to charge them?
• Do we need a sales sheet?

When we asked Rachel what info do you get from companies when they list this on our website?
• How does this get delivered
• Do companies fill out an order form and then send us the info?
• Where does it go?
• How does it get into the kiosk or mobile app?
• It’s just outlining all of the above:
• The creation, and then the sales, and then the delivery
• Give it your best shot
• In an ideal state, it would be, CHEST is investing, $2000 of our own money and X amount of staff time from the PMO office, marketing, IT, BD
– The potential is if we, three companies each spend $1000, you know, we’ve made $30,000 and we had $5,000 in expenses
– Worst case scenario we make $25k
– Best case scenario is we do even more with it
• A business case where you spell it out:
– How much you’re putting in
– How much you’re getting out
– How much profit you’re thinking making
• At this very basic point:
• Creation, how we’ll create it
• How we’ll sell it
• How we’ll deliver it
