Help me study for my Management class. I’m stuck and don’t understand.

Your second paper must include separate sections addressing what you have learned through the final chapters (9-14). You should structure your paper into sections for each chapter covered. The page count does NOT include the title page and reference page. Late papers will lose 10% each day.

The papers require research from course materials and at least three (3) independent scholarly sources that you find separate from course materials. Students are encouraged to share their sources in advance with the instructor, to be certain that what you’ve found are reputable and acceptable sources.

Consider what you’ve learned over these final chapters and write an essay that explores in detail:
the typical balance of base pay (salary or hourly wages) and variable (incentive) pay for common jobs in this industry or career path how managers can use an incentive plan to drive the desired behaviors and results in your industry or career path (with specific examples for multiple common jobs) any unusual or innovative benefits that organizations in your industry or career path may offer workplace safety or health concerns that may be known in this industry or career path, and how managers and HR can help reduce the risk OSHA and important implications these regulations have in your industry or career path how employees rights and employer responsibilities typically apply in your industry or career path performance or behavior issues that commonly require employee discipline in your industry or career path how prevalent labor unions are in your industry or career path, and why they are that common (or uncommon) concerns or needs that employees are likely to have in this industry or career path, and how management should (or should not) address them
This assignment should include at least 6-8 pages of double-spaced content in 12-point Times New Roman font, summarizing your key learnings in class and how they are relevant in your industry or career path. Written assignments require application of content from the textbook and any other learning materials provided in the course, as well as your own independent research (especially around industry-specific aspects of the assignment).

Your paper should be formatted and written in the style dictated by the American Psychological Association (APA) 6.0 Style guidelines. Please see the Lynn Library APA Style guide (Links to an external site.) for assistance here, including the pre-formatted template in Microsoft Word (Links to an external site.). You do not need to use an Abstract or a Table of Contents, but you will need a Title Page and a References Page in the correct formats. You are strongly encouraged to work with the Writing Lab (Links to an external site.) to get assistance with your academic writing; take advantage of this free service, as part of your university education!

You must use APA-formatted in-text citations and References to indicate the source of any ideas you apply from other authors. You are encouraged to summarize and paraphrase whenever possible rather than directly quoting, as your instructor is much more interested in what you now know and understand than in what you can quote from your research. (However, citations and References are still required, even if you’re not directly quoting.)

All written assignments in this course follow the 300 Level Grading Rubric for Written Communications, which is listed below. Your grade will be determined by the ratings you earn on each line of the rubric, so please pay close attention to the descriptions of each item.Child development: nursing case study help
Need help with my English question – I’m studying for my class.

Observation #1

Part I: The Observation

Complete the an observation of a child for 30 minutes.
Child’s name, date, time, location. Observe a child and/or small group of children. Carefully record your observations, using actual words of children and descriptive words (what you saw). Remember to use objective language. A person reading your observation should be able to mentally see what the child is doing during the observation. Consider the following as you observe and record:
What are the children doing? Describe the setting and interactions taking place. What are the adults in the area doing? What do the children seem to be exploring in their play? What topics, materials, concepts, or ideas appear to be catching their interest
What are some actual language samples? Record the exact words and pronunciation (how they are saying it) of the children’s comments and conversations.find, review and analysis article
Need help with my Economics question – I’m studying for my class.

Topic: How family economic inequality affects the future generation ( focus on the impact on their education and income).

I upload an article. You need to find, review and analysis this article. For example, data, the content related to topic.

More importantly, I need a PPT for the presentation and one page speech. It is better if there are datas from the article in PPT. The PPT is about 4 or 5 minutes.

I set the time for one day, if time is not enough, you can give it to me before ten o’clock tomorrow night.
