1.
Explain the importance of enabling others to act by creating a climate of trust and shared responsibility in a criminal justice organization.
It is important to allow people to act on their own thought, to do this those working under a leader need to have faith that should they act on their own their leader has faith in them. It is also important for a leader to instill that they are also responsible for the actions taken by those under them. If Workers believed that their leader would throw them under the bus if their actions were looked down upon, workers may not actually act on their own.
Describe how you, as the leader, would ensure that all cultures and individuals are included in the creation of a climate of trust and shared responsibility in a criminal justice organization.
As a leader in a criminal justice setting I understand that there is a need for equality among workers and the perception from the city we serve. As a leader I would ensure that I have workers under me of different cultural perspectives in postions of power to ensure that all those of different backgrounds interests are being protected.
Assess the possible impacts of failure to create a climate of trust and shared responsibility, using two criminal justice organization examples.
If police officers do not believe that their leaders have faith in them, they may not try to do what is right out of fear that should their actions be perceived to be in the wrong that their leader would not be on their side. If officers are not acting while on the job peoples lives may be put in danger. Another criminal justice institute that could be effected by a lack of trust would be out prison system. If guards don’t feel safe or protected while on the job they will likely quit forcing prisons to hire untrained guards which could lead to mishandling of inmates. Trust is the most essential aspect of any criminal justice department as workers need to have faith that those in charge of them have their interest as well as the interest of the community in mind.
2,Explain the importance of enabling others to act by creating a climate of trust and shared responsibility in a criminal justice organization. Trusting in others is and can be a great investment made. As a leader, not only is it your responsibility is helping others along in their professional growth, but it also affects their personal growth as well by fostering their strengths and building on them. Trust is definitely a two way street. Within the criminal justice field, trust is of an utmost importance and not only among fellow officers, but it also needs to come from top management. Officers are trusted to protect the public, communities and each other day in and day out. There is not any room for micromanaging , as not only would that deteriorate the morale within the agency and among fellow officers , and the officers would not be able to conduct their responsibilities as seem fit, and the micro-managers would not be able to tend to their own respective responsibilities as they would be too busy making sure the others are doing theirs. This would affect the agency as a whole. Which is and can be very unmotivating and for the constituents many would feel offended and that what they do is not good enough and second guessed. Talking and communicating with your team allows others to see and hear what your visions are and your expectations are for the agency. In turn, as a leader one would then turn it around and ask their thoughts and ideas. Good leaders invest in others and take risks in them when they see potential and/or willingness to show what they are made of. A leader shows that they believe in the other(s) to not only do their job, but to do it well, which can lead to even greater things for the constituents when one believes in him or her. The empowerment that a leader has given to the constituents by putting their trust in them can go a long way for the organization and the constituent is more willing to trust in that leader as well. (Kouzes & Posner, 2017). Describe how you, as the leader, would ensure that all cultures and individuals are included in the creation of a climate of trust and shared responsibility in a criminal justice organization. Each and every individual has their own strength(s) they can bring to the team and can also develop their strengths as well. One might have skills that come naturally to them or skills they have acquired and fine tuned over time. Some individuals might have have skills that can also be worked on as well, and a good leader gives them wings to fly and/or permission to excel at what they do.(Carter,2006). As a leader, he or she should be aware of what each person has to offer. A leaders team is like an orchestra and each person has their role in that orchestra , but they may just as well be versed in many instruments. The conductor/leader defines what kind of moment the orchestra is in as a team. (Carter,2006). Leaders lay the groundwork and incorporate the teams ideas and their visions as well. In doing so , encompassing others as well as putting some of these ideas into action shows the trust that the leader has in the team. This instills a great sense of trust between the agency/organization. In communicating with others on the team, the leader can show by example ,the execution of a plan /strategy of how the strengths of each other can be beneficial to others.(Kouzes & Posner, 2017). With this in mind, this approach can work to enable the other to work together with each other in order to achieve that their common goal is. Assess the possible impacts of failure to create a climate of trust and shared responsibility, using two criminal justice organization examples. Even in failure there still needs to be an open line of communication. If there is a failure in communication alone within an agency , this leaves much room for error and a downward spiral in morale. In turn there isn’t any form of direction from leadership and no vision set forth for others. This leaves for the others to be unsure as to how to proceed with their duties. Whether they are day to day duties or long term visions in which guidance is needed on many levels in order to succeed. If failure was due impart by an individual ,as a team or both, the failure on any level needs to be addressed to the stakeholders and handled accordingly. This reflects the character of the agency and of its constituents. In doing so this invites others to trust in the agency /organization and acknowledge the situation and the failure. Within the criminal justice arena , individuals are set with higher standards than most any other profession. So when there is failure within the organization , it is noticed. This is why there needs to be communication , the acknowledgement and the remedy. If the remedy is not instantaneous , there can be a plan put in place for the betterment of the parties. You’ll have a prompt like this example: Discuss the topic of AI in relation to healthcare.
Some students will write an answer like. “AI is being used in healthcare for surgeries. It is a technology that is integral to the healthcare system.”
This answer will receive 2 points out of 5.Yes, you answered it but did not put a critical piece in the answer– the evidence.
Stay awayfrom statements like “I think this, or I agree with Angie. “Instead, post something like… Research suggests that AI is just as good of a predictor of medical assessment as humans (https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2019/sep/24/ai-equal-with-human-experts-in-medical-diagnosis-study-finds (Links to an external site.)) Further machine technology is being used not only in diagnosis but also in treatment(https://www.davincisurgery.com/da-vinci-systems/about-da-vinci-systems (Links to an external site.)). Has anyone in the class had a personal experience with this kind of surgery?
This is a more robust post and encourages interaction. It would receive full points.

I need an explanation for this Law question to help me study.
Little Jimmy, a ten-year exchange student from China, plays first base for the Birmingham Bluebirds in a local little league run by a small Catholic school in Birmingham, Alabama.
Prior to the season, Little Jimmy’s host mother signs a form provided by the school. Specifically, the school provided the host family with a waiver form based off of the following document: http://www.nellbaseball.com/docs/Tournament_Waiver.pdf
The school’s secretary amended the above form to substitute the word “Birmingham Little League” for the original “Newtown Edgmont Little League.”
While Little Jimmy has made a serious effort to learn the mechanics of baseball, he continues to struggle to understand the mechanics of the game. One day, while on deck waiting to bat, Little Jimmy’s coach instructs him to start swinging his bat to warm up. Little Jimmy hits another player in the head with his bat. When Little Jimmy strikes the other player in the head, the other player’s helmet shatters on impact. As a result of the accident, the player hit by Little Jimmy suffers life-altering brain damage.
The injured player’s parents enter your law firm’s office asking your advice on what possible legal remedies to pursue. Please make sure that you also note what additional information that you would need to determine the liability of any parties sued.BUS 100, Strayer University – Wk. 6 Discussion Post (1 paragraph per question): nursing assignment help services
