I need an explanation for this Business question to help me study.
This is a take-home assignment. You are to answer the questions in the way(s) that you believe are the most thorough, most descriptive, and most analytical.
Assume that you are the person identified as “you” in the problem provided to you. You have an Accounting degree from A University and you are a CPA. As stated in the problem, you are married and you have two children who are in a very expensive private school. Your spouse has just lost his/her job. Answer the questions set out at the end of the problem.
You are to compose a short paper that addresses all questions asked. As we are also evaluating your writing, your answers must be in an essay format, rather than using outlines or bullet points. You are to submit your answers in narrative form. Keep in mind that communication has multiple dimensions to it. Communicating substantive information is only one dimension. How well you communicate it and the grasp of the English language that you display in your communications will all have a bearing on how the individual grading your submission will evaluate it.Week 1 Discussion: “Company Description and Mission Statement”

“Company Description and Mission Statement”
Throughout this course, you will develop a series of written papers and projects that you will later combine into a complete business plan for a Non-Alcoholic Beverage (NAB) company.
For this discussion, you must first review the NAB COMPANY PORTFOLIO. This document you downloaded from PlanningShop using the Access code you purchased from the Strayer Bookstore.
The portfolio contains the company parameters and details you must follow when developing your company (Note #1, page 4).
All the discussions and assignments in this class will be focused on the Non-Alcoholic Beverage company you create.
For this week’s discussion, please respond to the following:
Create your Non-Alcoholic Beverage company name and explain the significance of the name. Describe the beverage you will produce (key ingredients and any flavors you will offer). Develop your company’s Mission Statement.
Notes:
Use headings for each section. Use quotation marks for the mission statement. You will use this information in Assignment 1 – Questions 1 and 2. Check out Chapter 5: Company Description to read more.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Post at least one substantive comment to another student’s post.

Help me study for my Management class. I’m stuck and don’t understand.
John has just been assigned as the Project Manager for a new software system implementation. In his past projects, he has learned a lot about the human factors aspect of running projects, and why these are so important. In meeting his team, he quickly assessed that there are several very strong personalities within the individuals and some likely frictional combinations. John was also given some background around the project sponsor and benefiting departments. It appears that the accounting department really likes their current system, and is not on board with the goal of this project, which is replacing it. The other impacted departments: sales, procurement, and finance are all lukewarm to the benefits and haven’t been fully convinced.
Taking what you have learned in this unit with regard to the human factors of project management, assess this situation and discuss how you would use people, team and organizational factors to increase the likelihood of the project’s success.
Each student should write a 1-2 page paper, 300-400 word minimum, explaining how they would leverage these human factors in their own project management style to ensure that their projects were successful and achieved the desired goals. Make sure as part of your paper you address the following:
How you would use the people factors to address the strong personalities of the individual team member? How you would use the team factors to reduce the likelihood of friction due to the personalities and dynamics How you would use the overall organizational factors to address the lack of sponsorship buy-in and organizational support the project currently has?
