Write a 2–3 page memo to your fire chief highlighting your findings from other departments and providing best practice recommendations for a patient refusal policy. Be sure to address at least four issues that you may encounter as an EMS responder, including those that deal with patient refusal.
You must use at least two outside sources in addition to your course textbook. Proper citations in APA format are also required.
