You are taking the role of Risk Representative of HOTEL, inc.
Hotel inc, has a total of 250 permanent staff covering 280 rooms. There are 4 people with one type of disability, 4 pregnant women, 23 people over 63 years old and 2 teenagers of 16 years old doing their internship.
It has the following facilities:
– Rooftop terrace (outdoors)
– Restaurant /Bar (indoors)
– Spa
– Gym
Other departments working in the hotel are:
– Frontdesk
– Maintenance
– Human Resources
– Sales and Marketing
– Housekeeping
– Room service
– Kitchen
– Warehouse
All the employees MUST take full responsibility on completing the following trainings regarding
their job position:
– Food Handling
– First Aid
– Fire Training
And ALL the staff must be aware of the emergency training (evacuation).
As the Hotel Risk representative and taking into consideration all the information above you
must:
– Do a Complete Risk assessment of the Hotel.
– Create a document to provide to each department with the risks and good practices to
follow within their department. (Example: Human resources apply to the office so mainly create a brief visual document with the correct information regarding sitting, lighting…) – Create your Emergency PLAN based on Fire Emergency.
