Your Personal Reflection Journal will help you monitor your personal progress toward achieving your own personal goals, as well as the overall goals for this course. In your weekly Personal Reflection Journal, you are to summarize and share your reactions, thoughts and feelings to weekly experiences that were personally meaningful to you (i.e. in class discussions and exercises, outside presenters, assigned readings, in class and outside of class assignments, new discoveries or skills you attempted, difficulties communicating with certain others, times when you really communicated effectively and felt connected with someone else in a helpful way, etc.).
