I am writing a letter to the Base Command ,
basically I was in a very abusive relationship where military police was involved many times, so I to summed to appear in court to tell LtCol Curly why MP (military police) was involved too much between my husband Bryant TejedaCastillo and I (Dana Alotaibi)
Every time I called the MPs my husband Bryant would either talk me into or threaten me to change up the story / minimized the original story to make it look like I was being dramatic and make him look less at fault
I always will be grateful for PMO (another word for MPs) for being there before , to prevent , or after to make me feel safe .
I feel this is a strong case of a victim protecting the aggressor
I currently have an open case of my husband Bryant TejedaCastillo, Dec 28th 2021 (1)threatening to send my personal information/where about in hopes I get killed / (2) breaking the no contact order (I have solid proof of both of those 1&2)
those happened when he was in Japan (he left toJapan dec 8th 2021). My reasoning to tell you that is that even with Bryant not in the house , he is still being abusive & threatening to me and PMO again is involved , and when I get told I have 90 days left on base , and I will be getting kicked out , makes me feel like “husband threatens wife, wife calls PMO & now LtCol Curly recommends her off base because PMO is involved, if or if not its a serious matter , doesn’t matter because PMO was involved” when the threats / abuse is from the service member , not me.
id like to also mention, when the threats were made I had contacted PMO/his command / ODD , and PMO forwarded this to CID , CID denied to open a case and I had to insist / basically beg for someone to please look into it , finally I got contact with an IG who finally helped . I feel like, im not sure if this is a women hater situation, or maybe because im brown skinned , I am feel like disservice left and right by many higher ups.
you are punishing the victim , and with my side listened to by LtCol Curly , I am still the problem.
Incident 12AUG21 –
a neighbor called PMO on my house because “husband was choking wife in drive way and wife was screaming for help” , PMO came , I told them I fell and Bryant was helping me get back into that house.
if my statement / the witness statements don’t clearly state that the victim is protecting the aggressor , then I think LtCol Curly completely disregarded that witness statement.

Bryant and I are having a contested divorce , which is pending and I am not too sure when it would be finalized , I feel a lot safer living on base, due to the threats by Bryant
im sure another no contact order will be put in place once the investigation is done regarding the threats ,
I am safer on base , then off base
I would like to stay on base as long as I can , I mentioned to LtCol Curly I work 40hrs , then have a part time job at night , I walk my dogs for fun / go tanning in kale koa beach on base, no bad habits etc drinking / smoking
PMO has never been called for noise complaints (loud music after 10pm) , crazy parties, violating Covid19 restriction…etc, I am a calm person ,so the debarment part of the letter is sort of harsh, I am a spouse

Bryant submitted a picture of his bloody back head and PMO came and arrested me, even tho I told them I had nothing to do with that.
I went to PMO with multiple pics of bruises on my chest / bloody mouth and PMO did not cuff Bryant at all .

regarding Incident 18AUG21 :
Bryants mom Vivianna came up to me to choke me , once she cut off the air I pushed her off me she hit me 3-4 times, I pushed her off me , then she called PMO said I was beating her up / threatening her , which was not true at all and shes pressing charges , even tho she missed the court date many times. she had all these marks on her that I didn’t do , I left in hand cuffs and was processed in Kailua jail. Why is it when I get in trouble I get charged vs, when neighbors call the cops on Bryant he goes to the barracks for 24hrs without a record or court date , just back to work. you are all favoring Bryant at this point .
