I need help with a Computer Science question. All explanations and answers will be used to help me learn.
According to Kirk (2016), The essence of “Formulating Your Brief” is to “identify the context in which your work will be undertaken and then define its aims: it is the who, what, where, when and how.” It could be formal or informal as any project you think you must make it. This phase is where you create a vision for your work.

I’m working on a Social Science question and need guidance to help me study.
Read the posts of your peers and post scholarly responses to two other learners. Suggest additional ways Mr. Wang could use leadership concepts to influence his team and improve client outcomes.
Student post down below:
In the Riverbend City scenario, we are introduced to the Behavioral Health Supervisor of the local VA hospital, Arthur Wang. Arthur manages his department like he would a football game. And while this style of management might suit another agency, it clearly isn’t working for Arthur. Arthur’s turnover rate is rather high and his employees don’t feel respected and they aren’t satisfied. Arthur has lost touch with his colleagues and he has also underestimated the value of a good working relationship with his associates. As a leader, it is Arthur’s responsibility to set the tone for the agency. Arthur must decide if he wants to create an environment that is either toxic and on the constant brink of failure, or one that is productive and setup for success. According to Buckingham and Coffman et al. 2014, “The manager role is the “catalyst” role. As with all catalysts, the manager’s function is to speed up the reaction between two substances, thus creating the desired end product. Specifically, the manager creates performance in each employee by speeding up the reaction between the employee’s talents and the company’s goals, and between the employee’s talents and the customers’ needs.” (Buckingham & Coffman, 2014 p.46).
A productive work environment boosts employee performance, increases staff retention, and improves service delivery. Buckingham and Coffman argue that strong personal relationships are crucial for success and productivity within an agency. For Arthur, the best way for him to gain these strong relationships and capitalize on the strengths of his employees is to foster respect and to spend more time getting to know them and their distinct strengths. Respect is the foundation of a productive work environment. Every employee at the VA hospital deserves to be treated with respect, and every employee has an obligation to treat others the same way. The best way for Arthur to foster respect in the workplace is through his own actions, because it has always been my experience that respect is contagious. Buckingham and Coffman write that it seems intuitive that managers should spend more time with struggling employees than with top performers. But their research shows the opposite is true because top performers are responsible for the work that moves a company forward. The authors also suggest that when a manager spends time with an employee, “they are not fixing or correcting or instructing. Instead they are racking their brains, trying to figure out better and better ways to unleash that employee’s distinct talents.”Case Study: Anglo American PLC: nursing assignment help
