Your organization has been given 100 used quadcopters from Amazon. Your team has been assigned the task to come up with a creative use for these quadcopters. Use one of the five creative techniques outlined in the chapter (brainstorming, synectics, nominal grouping, consensus mapping, and the Delphi technique) to generate a creative solution. Explain the technique and why you selected that technique (no wrong answer-in fact, the more variety we have the more everyone learns about each one). I look forward to your submissions and your responses to classmates using a different technique.

Why is it important to delegate? How can you ensure delegation is successful?
Explain a situation you have been in where delegation was or was not used and how it affected productivity, etc. You can be in any of the positions (employee, supervisor, volunteer, team member, parent, child, sibling, etc) that could possibly be involved in giving or receiving delegation (or lack of).
