Your Insect Fact Sheets
The objective of PART 1 of the assignment is to familiarize yourself with the morphology, evolutionary history, life history, and ecology of the insect species and its relevance to humans and other organisms. The information can be gathered from published research or extension articles, which can be found using Google Scholar, Web of Science etc. (guest lecture by the librarian: Information Literacy). Educational and research-based websites may also be used (.edu, .gov and .org domains). No use of .com, .net, etc. All sources must be cited and referenced appropriately.
Written format.
Minimum of 2 pages of text in length (but no more than 6 pages; 1-inch margins, 12 pt. font, 1.5 line spacing), excluding references.
Written in essay format.
Must include diagrams and pictures to support written descriiptions. Must include a caption and citation/reference for the picture/diagram and refer to it in the written part of the paper. Pictures/diagrams count toward the maximum page limit but not the minimum page limit.
You will be graded on the quality and thoroughness of the content, logical flow of information, effective use of picture/diagrams, proper citing and referencing, and grammar.
Citations and references will use the Vancouver (Numbered) Style (https://guides.lib.monash.edu/ld.php?content_id=48260115).

This essay is to be written about the Picasso moth only. There shouldn’t be references to any other insect and there shouldn’t be any .com or.net websites used
