2. Your story, listed in FOUR separate pieces, with each piece separately addressing parts of the STAR method.
Situation – Set the scene for the story
Task – Describe what needed to be done
Action – Describe what steps or actions you took – be sure to use “I” statements
Result – Describe the outcome and what you learned from the experience you can use in the future
