For this paper, you will be reflecting on your initial encounter with the idea of leadership and service. You should complete this assignment without reference to any course materials or outside sources. This assignment is to give you a sense of where you are at today, with respect to the ideas of leadership and service. There are no wrong answers so please do not feel compelled to pull ideas from the course texts or other sources. This is truly an initial encounter. I do not expect you to have elegant language or specific conceptions with which you can articulate your full understanding of leadership and service.
Use the following questions to guide your thoughts for this paper. If you do not know how to respond to a question, use that as a point of reflection. Perhaps you have never encountered some of these questions. Speak to that if that is the case.

Body of the paper must be between 500-750 words (approximately two to three pages) using Microsoft Word.

Use Times Roman font size 12 and 1” margins.
Double-spaced.
Word count does NOT include the title page, references, etc.
