Using APA 7th edition format, write a 1,050-1,300 word paper (body word count, not references or cover page) covering either Technostructural, Human Resources, or Strategic Change Interventions
It should be a three point theme with these five distinct sections:
An introduction with exactly three sentences: Topic sentence, supporting cited fact, and a transition sentence that states the three topics to follow.
Body section one: Literature Review explaining and defining. Cite a source in every paragraph.
Body section two: Importance of this topic to organizations in general. Cite a source in every paragraph.
Body section three: Importance of this topic to an organization with which you are familiar. It can be where you work, however, do not state you work there if you do – instead objectively and with sources apply the material. Cite and include a source in every paragraph.
Conclusion with exactly five sentences: restate the topic sentence, a sentence summarizing your discussion of each of the three body paragraphs, and a conclusion sentence that leaves the reader with a call to action based on what you have shown. Do not cite in your conclusion.
Important Expectations:
Hint – this is at the top of the list. Keep your tone scholarly. Do not use contractions, slang, or colloquialisms. Use one, not he or she. You should never use first or second person in this paper. Unless someone routinely sneaks in and writes parts of your paper, I know you wrote it, so keep it at the graduate level and high scholarly content.
You must include at least three scholarly sources and can add an unlimited number of www sources (such as the company to which you apply your concept). Scholarly sources are your textbook, journal articles, and government websites. That’s it.
Include and cite a source the first time you use it in every paragraph except the conclusion. Do not end a paragraph with a citation. The last sentence should be a transition sentence, not a citation. Remember, cite the FIRST time you use a source and don’t try to stick a citation at the end to cover the whole paragraph.
Use real titles and headings. For instance, title: Technostructural Interventions at Amazon. Headings might be: Technostructural Interventions Explained, Technostructural Process Interventions Use in Organizations, Amazon, and Conclusion. Note you do not use an introduction heading in APA papers – instead it should be the repeated title.
