I’m trying to learn for my History class and I’m stuck. Can you help?

Topic: During the campaign, Donald Trump argued that the United States should deploy 20,000 to 30,000 troops to the Middle East to combat ISIS.

Imagine that, as President, he decides to take this military action. He first must decide whether or not to commit forces unilaterally or to call upon Congress to authorize the use of force. He has appointed you to the Office of Legal Counsel and wants you to write a memo addressing the following: Does the president need Congress’s authorization to commit troops to fight ISIS? If Congress rejects his request, can he still use force? In terms of his options for unilateral action, would he be better off if he does not request Congress’s authorization than if he asks and Congress explicitly refuses to authorize force? Please limit your advice to the constitutionality of his options. President Trump does not want to know if you think sending troops is a good or bad policy.

Requirements:

Your paper should be 1200-1700 words long.

It is expected that your paper begin with an introductory paragraph that clearly lays out your thesis, end with a concluding paragraph that ties together your points, and build an informed argument in between. Your argument should draw from and engage the relevant class readings. That is, do not simply regurgitate the material – show that you are thinking about it critically.

Please avoid references to work outside the course material. If you must refer to an outside source, be sure to cite it properly. References to material found in the textbook may be made informally using the authors’ initials and the page number in parentheses after the information cited. For example:

President Taft argued that independent judges are necessary to “maintain the rights of the minority and the individual” (GGW, p. 344).

Failure to cite sources, whether they be from the textbook or not, is considered plagiarism and will result in a failing grade for the class. Citation to the lesson overviews are not appropriate if the material can also be found in the course readings.6.7 Assignment: Project – Applied Statistics
Help me study for my Excel class. I’m stuck and don’t understand.

Getting Started

The purpose of the Project assignment in each STAT-535 workshop is to provide you with an opportunity to demonstrate your ability to apply the statistical tools you have learned in this course.

Resources
Assigned Statistics for Managers: Using Microsoft Excel reading MyStatLab assignments File: Patients dataset (Excel)

Background Information

In each workshop, you will be asked to demonstrate some of the knowledge you have gained by applying a few of the statistical tools that you have learned.

Instructions
Using the Patients dataset (Excel), create a scatter plot (similar to Figure 13.5) with patient’s age on the x-axis and length of stay on the y-axis. Make sure that you fully label this chart (title for the chart, x-axis, and y-axis). (5 points) Follow the directions in EG13.2 (Excel Guide) and create a linear trendline along with the linear regression equation and R-squared value. Interpret both the linear regression equation and the R-squared value. (10 points) Now calculate the correlation coefficient and interpret it. What do you conclude about the relationship between a patient’s age and length of stay? (5 points) When you have completed your assignment, save a copy for yourself and submit a copy to your instructor using the Assignment submission rubric by the end of the workshop. Showing your work is required, not just providing answers without showing how you arrived at them.
Submission Feedback

Thank you for your work on this.

1. +5You produced a correct scatter plot.

2. +6You produced a correct linear regression equation, but need to work on your interpretations.Linear regression equation: y= -0.0172x + 5.6474.Interpretation: for every additional year of patient age, the length of stay decreases 0.017 day.

R-squared interpretation: Approximately 0.62% of the variation in length of stay can beexplained by the variation in patient age.

Help me study for my Film class. I’m stuck and don’t understand.

Basically, I need someone to turn the attached paper about my final film idea into a powerpoint by adhering to the provided guidelines. Thank you.

The presentation for the final is to be submitted in a power point format. The example on canvas shows some of the information that needs to be on your power point like the in-depth plot summary which can be up to 4 or 5 slides and then each of the 5 character needs it own slide with its in depth character sketch (an example of this is in week 3). The syllabus also lays out a general guide line for what is needed in the power point for the final.

Slide Presentation Format:

Should have a catchy title for your film

A one liner “Premise” for your film

Film Synopsis

Plot Summary

(5) Character Sketches

List of tropes you are subverting both in characters and setting, and explain how they do this

Any additional info you would like to add

She said there is no limit, we can do 15-20 pages PPT. Just make the PPT clear and easy for her to understand what we want to talk about.

Also for each character sketch will be a slide, so 5 character sketch in total 5 slides.
