PowerPoint presentations, and the Internet

1. Design two different types of presentational
aids (e.g., handouts, flip charts, overhead slides, videos, PowerPoint, etc.)
that can be used in your training workshop.
2. Prepare responses to the following items about
your presentational aids:
3. Describe why presentational aids are used
during the training session.
a. Describe why you chose to use those two
presentational aids in your training module.
b. Describe the advantages and disadvantages of
using those presentational aids during the training session for the two
presentational aids you chose to develop.
Clarification –
Training Module Project: Aids
AS A POINT OF CLARIFICATION – For
the Training
Module Aids assignment, you have three items to
include in your discussion post.
First, you will discuss why presentational aids are used during
your training session, describing

Why you chose to use these two particular presentational aids in
your training module and
·
The advantages and disadvantages of using these two particular
presentational aids during the training session you are developing for our
class.
Next,
you are to discover/design and post two different types of
presentational aids (e.g., handouts, flip charts, overhead slides,
videos, PowerPoint, etc.) that can be used in your training workshop.
Do not include two of the same type! (i.e., do not
include two handouts, two PowerPoints, etc.
They must be different types,
such as 1 handout and 1 PowerPoint.). You will then attach both of
these as separate attachments to your discussion.
So, your three items are the discussion post and the two
different presentational aids attachments.
