This is a pre-seen case study to be analyzed by students at home and submitted i

This is a pre-seen case study to be analyzed by students at home and submitted individually. Students are requested to present their findings / recommendations in a formal business letter to CEO / CMO.
In the form of a letter to the CEO/CMO write an executive summary of the case, following the case analysis framework we will discuss in class. You are expected to analyze the content in detail, reflect on key issues and provide recommendations. You must justify your recommendations and support them by quantitative or qualitative proof points instead of simply giving your opinion. In addition, you may be asked to share a personal or relevant experience as it pertains to your specific case and recommendations.
Remember that your letter needs to include: WHAT (position statement), WHY (persuasive evidence) and HOW (action plan).
Structure (building blocks) of the letter:
Executive Summary: this is the first paragraph. State your recommendations (launch / don’t launch) and the expected results of your recommendation (e.g., sales / profit projections or cost savings). This is your position statement.
Logic and Analysis: the next paragraphs shall be of analytical rigor and logic. In the main body of your letter summarize the main arguments and evidence for your recommendation. Both qualitative and quantitative points. You decide how many paragraphs constitute the main body of the letter, but you should develop at least three points in your analysis.
Conclusion: this is the concluding paragraph. State what the CEO/CMO should do and why. Suggest an action plan.
Tables/Exhibits: Feel free to include 1-3 tables and/or exhibits if they directly support your recommendation. Be descriptive and explicit with exhibits. If it is not obvious why you would include it, don’t.
    Additional (editorial) requirements:
This paper should be a well-developed and edited 800-1100 word text (no less than 800, no more than 1100), using 1.0 vertical line-spacing, in MS Word format with 12 Times New Roman font with 1 inch margins. Canvas will accept only doc and docx files.
As this is a formal business letter, remember to start (Dear Mr X) and finish (Yours sincerely) the letter properly.
Make sure you include your name, course, assignment name, date and number of words in the upper left corner of the first page of your submission.
It is NOT required, but if you decide to use any external sources, all external sources used must be cited in text and listed on the reference page using APA referencing guidelines. The word count does not include references.
Do not be tempted to plagiarism, which is considered academic dishonesty and can be penalised with a Fail grade. Plagiarism includes copying direct from books, journals, websites etc. without acknowledgement and copying from other students’ work.
Submit it to Assignments section on Canvas.
You will have ca 2,5 days to complete this assignment.
NOTE: This is NOT about a case we discuss in class (neither Nespresso Lululemon, Sony nor Starbucks) – after class, you will receive from me a totally new case to analyze for this assignment.
