The example that I found really interesting is the “We Are Cooling Down” article. It was very interesting because it makes more understandable sense that the genes are changing and bones become lighter. Also, we learn how to diet differently to keep our bones stable, have good posture, and have no mess back alignment. Another one I’ve learned was living comfortably indoors may have also extremely affected humans. The calories that would be a good or a bad thing depending on your metabolism and overreacting to eating too many calories. The temperature for a healthy person has been 98.6 degrees F since 1868, but now in 2020 a publisher study now updates that state number to 97.9. Lastly the average altogether indicates that there is a decrease in the body temperature is 0.05 which is so low and over worrying. I would have a personality to be afraid of inflammation in the body and also diseases that we do not even know about.

Reading into chapter 13, agriculture first developed around 10,000 yBP, when humans were to find plants and animals and stability with families and larger groups similar to built communities and time transitioning from a hunter-gatherer lifestyle to exploring and hunting for survival. Agriculture had environmental impacts to expand the amount of usable land. Another thing that humans are affected by it that the foods shifted nutrition from a diet to one focused on carbohydrates, and also a poorly balanced diet. For the most part, it is the cause of the decline in the overwork activities. The domestication took place on the remains of the plants and animals archaeological who have undergone genetic changes compared with the ancestral forms be seen as the net gain for humans would evolve into larger and better things, an idea would be humans how to walk and maintain the balance before you can do advanced movements.

I believe that the main point of this documentary was to discuss and deduce just how Homo Sapiens became the only human species on the planet thousands of years ago and just how the other species disappeared and why, as well as what similarities modern humans share with our ancient ancestors. The video discussed how other species influenced our evolution and how similar they were, both anatomically and through evidence of precursors to culture. I would recommend this entire 3-part series because of how much ground it covers about our human ancestors, giving in-depth analysis of each species and their relation to Homo sapiens.
