Competency 5: Communicate with organizational and community stakeholders in a responsive and responsible manner that supports a team approach to the promotion, delivery, and maintenance of health and the prevention and treatment of disease. Explain how you will tailor your message to stakeholder groups. Preparation Communicate with your practicum site about the stakeholder groups involved in or affected by the intervention you have identified. Conduct additional research as needed to find evidence about the identities and interests of these stakeholder groups. The focus of the project is the implementation of the evidence-based intervention, including how it will be carried out, who will be involved, and when and where it will happen. Refer to the DNP Program Handbook for guidance on appropriate parameters for each element of the project.
