– Former President Trump has every right to block all communication from his Administration regarding the January 6, 2021 insurrection from the January 6th Commission. The former President is immune from investigation, and the January 6th Commission and Democrats only seek to violate the separation of powers by conducting an investigation.
– The OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) vaccine and test mandate for health care workers and private companies with more than 100 employees is an example of the overreach of federalism. Covid-19 does not require a national response, and the Biden Administration’s mandate limits states’ rights.
