My name is Mark Eisenhour I grew up here in Alexandria I have got two kids both kids graduated from this high school I had been part of the school system 28 years. My first job was in this school as a special education teacher and became friends with assistant principal. Began to think about being a principal about three years or so into his career he began to think about adminstration instead of just teaching. The most rewarding part is graduation there are students that he would have never thought that they would graduate. The toughest part in the Human resources part is the rough. Like talk with teacher and told him that they can’t come back .The joy is of the job is the kids and working with directly with kids and a desk job isn’t idea. They also said that he is to nice with the adults. Plus his patient is a good thing. The leadership legacy is that everyone was treated with respect and was fair. The advice to other was to spend enough time in the classroom to show your dedication. Never forget the main purpose is to support the teachers and students at all times.
