1. Download Apple.tif file to your hard drive: Apple.tif Download Apple.tif
2. Open file in Photoshop.
3. Duplicate layer so that you are working on a copy.
4. Create a path around the apple with the pen tool using curved lines.
5. Go to Edit > Stroke and create a 2px blue line around the pear (outside setting).
6. Save file
