As always, you’ll use APA format for the paper, proper citations, quotes, and references, and have bold centered topical headers from Introduction to Conclusion, References, and an Appendix. Within your writing be sure to cover:
•    The (1) specific course sub-competency you’ve selected.
•    Explain the importance of this sub-competency in the field of HR
•    Explain in your own words how the sub-competency relates to what you have learned in this class
•    Reflect on how you can use this learning in your future life or career
•    Add an Appendix page in which you write on how to develop that sub-competency in a) yourself and b) others.
