I would recommend strengthening your argument as to why the rubric needs to be changed (add scholarly literature to support claims)- specifically why should adherence to APA formatting score be identical to critical thinking, synthesis and application– one is a lower order thinking skill and the other two are higher order thinking skills.
The section explaining rubrics is well written- it however is missing the scholarly connection. You mention Skibba, 2021 for holistic– but have no reference for the others.
