I’m stuck on a Psychology question and need an explanation.

Find 2 separate and current examples of racism and sexism from the media (i.e., news articles released in the past year). 1) Describe the media example that demonstrates a form of racism. 2) Then describe a different media example that demonstrates sexism. Explain whether the example represents hostile or benevolent sexism. Include the URLs for these media examples. 3) What about these examples constitutes prejudice? 4) What does it mean for racism and sexism to be institutionalized? Are these examples a form of institutionalized racism or sexism? Explain your answer. 5) According to social learning theory, there are consequences of exposing people, especially young people, to such material. What are the consequences, and what are some ways to minimize them? (approximately 2 pages, typed and double spaced, not including references or attachments)

Can you help me understand this Communications question?

This week we discussed interviewing and negotiation. We could argue that both of these have self-presentation as a central theme. Very often, we fail to consider this self-presentation to our online selves (i.e. online self-presentation). Most curate their online selves to fit a particular persona based on the social platform. Dolly Parton was one of the first to make fun of this practice (please see example below).

Fun aside, employers ARE, more and more, looking to potential employee’s social media sites to gain “insights”.

Challenge Prompt:

For this week’s challenge, there are several steps.
First, read THIS short description. Then, take a moment to Google yourself. Search not only for your name but also for your email address(es). Take a screenshot of your search results (include in the submission at the end of your write-up, on the second/third page). What do you think about your results? Now, do you have a Facebook page or Twitter feed? Instagram? Think objectively about the impression your posts to these sites convey. Would you hire you? Why or why not? Have you been known to comment on news items or blogs in ways that might reveal your personal opinions? What would these posts reveal about you? Do you consider these posts to be private? Do you think it’s ethical for employers to be looking at your postings? Finally, how can you create a better online image for yourself?
YES, of course, please feel free to include YOUR example of the Dolly Parton meme if you would like (NOT required, totally optional). Attach it to the very bottom of your response and/or include it in our coffee talk section of Piazza.
Responses should be:
about 1 to 2-pages, single-spaced (quality is more important than quantity), PDF or Word Document submission submission is clearly written and well organized Times New Roman font (12 or 11), with 1-inch margins all around no header is necessary (i.e. name, challenge #, class, etc.) since Canvas records all of this for you INCLUDE a SCREENSHOT or PICTURE of your Google search results

I’m trying to learn for my Social Science class and I’m stuck. Can you help?

Karl Marx argued that industrial capitalism is causing a wide and unjust separation between the poor/working proletarians and the wealthy bourgeoisie — and eventually the working class will overthrow the wealthy and create a classless society by abolishing economic differences. After reading the Communist Manifesto, which Marxian ideas do you think are valid and why? Which do you disagree with and why? What is one example of an unjust societal condition in 2020 America? Which one of our moral theories leads you to these conclusions? (Subjective Relativism, Cultural Relativism, Ethical Egoism, Utilitarianism, Kantian Ethics, VirtueEthics) Explain.

I’m working on a Management question and need guidance to help me study.

You were hired to work as a HR consultant for a small local hospital, with the task of expanding the workforce of certified medical assistants. Looking at the current three employees, you find a discrepancy in compensation between Susi, a 2-year employee at $28,000; Tom, 5-year employee at $27,000; and Raul, a 10-year employee at $33,000. All are employed as certified medical assistants, yet they all earn different salaries. (All three have similar performance reviews – Exemplary). According to survey data, all three employees are below the market rate for this job in the local job market. All three employees are also exemplary employees with near perfect scores in their most recent performance evaluation.

Write a 800 to 1,100-word APA Research format paper that includes the following:
Explain the discrepancy in pay among the current employees. Describe the strategy you would take to correct the internal equity issue. Describe the strategy you would take to correct the external equity issue. Explain how you will ensure new hires will be paid equitably, both internally and externally. Explain how an organization’s Total Compensation strategy affects its financial operations and its ability to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
Review the grading guide (Rubric) before you start the paper, and again before you submit the paper. Review your SafeAssign analysis.

Cite all sources according to APA formatting guidelines. Use at least two credible, published sources in your paper – including our text. Include title page – introduction and conclusion paragraphs, at least level one headings, a separate References page.
