I need a compare and contrast essay between the two short stories A&P by John Updike and Where Are You Going, Where Have You Been? by Joyce Carol Oates.
Need there to be an Introduction, three body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Please summarize Where Are You Going, Where Have You Been? by Joyce Carol Oates in the first body paragraph, and A&P by John Updike in the second. That leaves the last body paragraph to compare the narrators, povs, settings, plots, etc. of each story. I would also like this last body paragraph to disscuss how each of these stories is set in the 1960s just prior to a large anti rape and feminist moment of the 1970s. Please include that Where Are You Going, Where Have You Been? is actually based on a short story that took place in arizona in 1965. I need four sources quoted in this essay and at least one sentence from each source somewhere in the essay please. I am going to include the sources below.
