Please rewrite the Phase II EBP Music and Dementia-2 part of the paper titled “Appraisal of Findings”, “Extraction of Findings”, Appendix B” & “Appendix C”. PLease pay attention to the page requirements for each section. The tables will take the majority of the paper.
Detailed instructions:
Appraisal of Findings (about 3.5-4 pages)
You will retrieve and appraise 3 articles (either systematic reviews and/or primary research articles) using the appropriate CASP Critical Appraisal tool. You should select what looks best of what you have found by reading the abstract and identifying the research design that would most likely lead to the best evidence (ie, a systematic review of RCTs, then single RCTs, etc—see JBI Hierarchy). Each article will be a subheading and you will summarize the strengths and weaknesses of each article. Finally, you will rank the level of evidence using JBI’s hierarchy of evidence (see the tool in the folder). In Appendix B you will recreate the CASP Critical Appraisal tool (APA 7th ed format), identify which study you are appraising, include your rating of each criteria and a brief statement justifying your reason for rating the criteria. Do this for each of the three articles and provide a final level of evidence ranking.
Extraction of Findings (1 -1.5 pages)
You will describe how you extracted findings from your articles –this is simply a short paragraph describing what details you extracted. Remember, you extract only interventions and outcomes that are relevant to your question. You will create an extraction/pinch table with each row representing an article. You will fill in the details from each article and include the table as Appendix C.
