1-There are various approaches to leadership by different Leaders with an aim to achieve the predetermined objectives in an innovative way. Certain leaders are reluctant to work with a big team of participants while some other leaders are uncomfortable holding the office of responsibility. Hence, depending upon the functional aspect of leaders in bringing about an innovative change in an activity, leadership styles could be classified into different types. Depending upon the situation or Corporate culture, one can adopt one or more styles of Leadership. Following are the styles of leadership in general:
Autocratic Leadership, Democratic Leadership, Strategic Leadership Style, Transformational Leadership, Team Leadership, Cross-cultural leadership, Facilitative Leadership, Laissez-Faire Leadership, Transactional Leadership, Coaching Leadership, etc.
My style of leadership is that of Transformational leadership and it works the best for me because I regard flexibility as one of the assets to successfully lead a group and Transformation leadership is the only style that is so dynamic in nature that can adapt to different forms of leadership depending upon the scenario and thereby taking care of my concerns pertaining to the leadership style which could be rigid or too lenient otherwise.
The Transformational leadership style is in fact now becoming a more accepted form of leadership across the culture. It is true because this kind of leadership approach can be open to accept the incorporation of the latest technology or developments in the field of efficient performance although the initial cost in deploying had been quite high. But in every culture, such a change is always welcome that calls for efficiency and success. Moreover, along with it, when the need for Training and Development in the Company is significant to motivate the workers to perform efficiently, this style of leadership attempts to create an atmosphere that is tension-free rather than taking stringent actions for the errors the workers commit. Hence this move is also accepted by various cultures thereby making the concept more applicable. Further, this nature of leadership supports innovation, especially in terms of technological advancement, and builds an overall condition that can befit for both, the management as well as for its stakeholders. Transformational leadership style is more dynamic in nature, the reason for undertaking this leadership in full-fledge form, is to ensure more flexibility in the system by adapting the leaders to the situation that a company is going through in the best possible manner. In fact, this nature of leadership would help seek the advantage of most of the leadership styles that could best suit the situation dealing mainly with technological advancement which is the key to success in any given Organization and hence best suited for me.

Nowadays, with the development of management, people have identified different kinds of leadership styles. Each person has his or her own style which based on the background, life experience, professional area, social abilities and so on. Besides, it is sure that everyone can have a main leadership style and some of them can have two or more other leadership styles. There’s no doubt that choose a proper leadership style and follow it can play a big role on business management and strategy objectives.
The most common leadership styles include Coaching Leadership, Visionary Leadership, Servant Leadership, Autocratic Leadership, Laissez-faire or hands-off Leadership, Democratic Leadership, Pacesetter Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership, and Bureaucratic Leadership.
For me, I will choose Servant Leadership as the best choice to do the work. The definition of Servant Leadership is people who tend to be more effective and more likely to produce good work regularly. In addition, they usually put emphasis on employee satisfaction and collaboration. And they also work hard to achieve higher levels of respect. In daily life, I’m willing to help friends to have a better way on their works, make them become more efficient and creative. I also insist that the collaboration is very important in team work. Only team members make the agreement and help each other can make the success on the final work. (Indeed Career Guide, 2019).
