In Module 4, we identify and learn to apply PERT and CPM and we willsee a network diagram of our tasks. The tools we use help us representthe important actions to complete the project and give us a way tocommunicate quickly with the team. We will also consider crashing andfast-tracking a project along with resource allocation.
Critical Thinking Assignment
In week 4, a critical thinking assignment is due. Choose one of thetwo assignments options to complete this week. Do not do bothassignments. Identify your assignment choice in the title of yoursubmission.
Review the rubric for the assignment so you would know how and what you are graded on.
