    As a healthcare professional, it is crucial to have the necessary skills and understanding to access and troubleshoot Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, as well as to identify, interpret, and manipulate patient data. Below is an example of how these skills can be demonstrated:

    As a nurse working in a busy hospital, I regularly use the hospital’s EHR system to document patient care and access patient information. Recently, I encountered an issue where the EHR system was not loading properly, preventing me from accessing important patient data. I quickly took the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Checked the internet connection to ensure that it was stable and strong.
