My idea is to explore how mental illness is portrayed in the novels and how these portrayals in early novels affected public perception. The idea is not defined, so if when writing, it goes another way, I don’t mind – I would truly appreciate any final result. I would like to keep the focus on the portrayal of mental illness, however.
