I’m stuck on a Management question and need an explanation.

Go to YouTube, located at http://www.youtube.com/, and search for an episode of “UnderCover Boss”. Imagine you are the CEO of the company in the selected episode.

Write a two to three (2-3) page paper in which you:
Compare two (2) job positions from the episode and perform a job analysis of each position. Describe your method of collecting the information for the job analysis (i.e., one-on-one, interview, survey, etc.). Create a job description from the job analysis. Justify your belief that the job analysis and job description are in compliance with state and federal regulations. Use at least three (3) quality academic resources in this assignment. I need an explanation for this Law question to help me study.

Chapter 4 in the Alvarez and Bachman “Violence” textbook (3rd edition, pages 121-125), and Chapter 1 in the Hickey “Serial Murderers and their Victims” textbook (7th edition, pages 11-29) discuss mass murder—please read over these sections.

There have been many mass murders recently (unfortunately), including one in Parkland, Florida on February 14, 2018 where 17 people were killed, and one in Florida on June 12, 2016 where 49 people were killed. Also, the October 1, 2017 mass murder in Las Vegas, Nevada that left 58 dead and over 800 injured—it was called the worst mass shooting in U.S. history.

Other recent mass murders include one on July 7, 2016 in Dallas, Texas, one on June 17, 2015 in Charleston, South Carolina, one on December 2, 2015 in San Bernardino, California, one on May 23, 2014 in Isla Vista, California, one on September 16, 2013 in Washington, D.C., one on January 20, 2012 in Aurora, Colorado, and one on December 14, 2012 in Newtown, Connecticut. After reading the textbook material and the news stories above, answer all of the following questions:

1) According to the Hickey textbook, what is the definition of mass murder? Please do not quote the textbook—paraphrase, meaning, use your own words (a guideline or “rule of thumb” is that more than 5 copied words in a row is plagiarism).

2) What is the profile of a typical mass murderer (typical, meaning most—not all mass murderers) according to the textbook(s)? Specifically, discuss race/ethnicity, gender, weapon of choice, etc. In other words, what characteristics do most share?

**There is a line in the Hickey textbook (page 12) that says there is no definitive/distinctive profile of a mass murderer, BUT keep reading—the book gives a definite profile of characteristics common to MOST mass murderers (commonalities)—that is what I am looking for here. Remember to paraphrase—do not copy/quote the textbook.
