Instructions: Please create an infographic with the following information from our course materials. According to Dictionary.com, an infographic is “a visual image such as a chart or diagram used to represent information or data.” Here are some examples of infographics (yours does not have to be complex): Examples of pictures are in the file I sent.
Resources: There are a LOT of infographic resources available online. You’re free to use any of them. Most students use piktochart’s https://piktochart.com/formats/infographics/ or awwapp’s https://awwapp.com/ infographic software. Remember this is third-party software so be careful about what information you share. You can find any number of infographic solutions online (and can also use powerpoint or photoshop if you are handy with those programs, you can even use Word and make it really basic if you have to). You can also hand draw one if you are an artist! Contact me if you have trouble.
Information: All the information that you need can be found in the course materials, you must use the recommended sources below for credit on the assignment. If you do choose to use outside additional resources they must be cited and they must be in addition to what is presented in the course materials. If outside sources are used they should be academic and credible sources and be fully cited with references provided. (if not it will result in docking of points). 1-2 sentences for each question is sufficient, 2 point for each bullet point (8 points total) and 2 additional point for execution. Use parentheses after each point to tell us where you got the info, for example (Gravlee 2009, page 3) or (Callaghan and Williams 2019, page 72). If you use only the class resources a bibliography is not needed. You don’t necessarily need to give citations for pictures.
