In Part One of the Analytics Proof of Value assignment, you worked individually to identify an analytics proof of value project based on the current CSR strategy of your assigned company. You also reviewed and provided feedback on the work of other students who were assigned the same company. In this assignment, you will work as a group to align on a group submission for an analytics proof of value project.

Based on your research and discussion, describe (no more than 2 pages):
The organization’s vision, mission and strategy
The organization’s current CSR strategy
How your company’s CSR strategy contributes to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (Links to an external site.)
Describe (no more than 2 pages) the external factors that impact the strategy and operations of your company based on your PESTLE analysis.
Describe (no more than 2 pages) a project that will demonstrate how analytics can help your company advance its current corporate social responsibility strategy. The project should have a very clear goal, be limited in scope, and prove value in a short period of time, i.e. within a few months. Do not propose the implementation of a new CSR initiative. Your description should include the following:
The current area of your company’s CSR strategy that you are focusing on.
The relevant data and information from that area.
The analysis that you propose to prove that analytics can add value to CSR strategy.
Alignment of your proposal with the vision, mission and CSR strategy of the company, and contribution to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Describe (no more than 2 pages) the stakeholder plan for your proof of value project . Your description should include the following:
The stakeholder groups who would support your proposal, and the the factors motivating their support.
The stakeholder groups who would oppose your proposal, and the factors motivating their opposition.
The tailored communication plans for each stakeholder group.
The stakeholders with whom you will communicate, and the sequence in which you will communicate.
The messages that you will use to persuade each stakeholder or stakeholder group of the importance and value of the first project.
How you will address both the rational and emotional concerns of the different stakeholder groups, and why you think these messages will be effective.
Identify a sponsor for your project.
Describe the messages you will use to persuade this leader of the relevance and value of the proof of value project to him/her.
Grading Rubric:
Clear link of analytics project to external factors identified by PESTLE. Clearly described analytics proof of value project. Appropriately scoped to be achievable and visible. Uses existing data, and does not require the generation of new data. Clear description of alignment with vision, mission and CSR strategy of the company. Clear description of alignment and contribution to UN Sustainable Development Goals.
