Week 8, you have read and discussed topics relative to Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility. Additionally, you have read the book The Go-Giver. This book conceptualizes the idea of social responsibility from a managerial perspective by applying Five Laws of Stratospheric Success, as follows:
· The Law of Value: Your worth is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment.
· The Law of Compensation: Your income is determined by how many people you serve and how well you serve them.
· The Law of Influence: Your influence is determined by how abundantly you place other people’s interest first.
· The Law of Authenticity: The most valuable gift you have to offer is yourself.
· The Law of Receptivity: The key to effective giving is top stay open to receiving.
For your Midterm Assignment you will write a 5 page paper addressing the following:
· Analyze how the firm that you have chosen for your marketing plan demonstrates, employs and/or represents ethics and social responsibility. If you believe they do not, expand upon why. Perhaps you might cite examples to compare firms that you believe do embody CSR within the industry you are studying.
· Incorporate perspectives from both theory and practices of ethics and CSR where applicable.
· Determine how ethics/CSR relates to your marketing plan. Provide examples of how you plan to implement them.
· Provide a brief explanation of how you believe at least one of the laws of stratospheric success, as discussed, in the Go-Giver applies to the economic, social or environmental aspects of CSR as it pertains to the firm that you are discussing.

I have also attached my Marketing Plan for Lululemon to help you. This Marketing Plan is missing goals that Lululemon can implement, so please include that in this paper. Please also pull concepts from the book “The Go-Giver: A little Story About a Powerful Business Idea”
Remember that you must provide research and references as it relates to your firm. Additionally, they should be cited in APA format. As always, this assignment will be assessed relative to communication and writing style in addition to content.
