– Does the company utilize social media to support their customer service model? and how?
Highlight any recent news articles about the company as it pertains to loyalty, service, business model.
Other Notes:
– Final submissions should be at least 4-5 pages (double spaced) but no more than 5 pages. Use 12 point font. Submitted as a pdf.
– Please include headers for each section (per the Module Titles and course content Chapter/Topics).
– Watch your grammar, puncuation, spelling, content and use of course vocabulary.
Remember, this is your ‘review’ of your favorite company and why you are loyal based on their customer service, as it relates to the course readings and instructional materials. Your summary should be driven by the terms, concepts and resources from Libretext.
