Hello, I need to do an application packet for my business class, this will require 7 documents and I’ll provide you with all the tools. these are the instructions from the teacher.
Instructions:
Make sure you create a file for each item of the package. For example, save your Resume as one file, save your cover letter as another file by itself and do the same for the rest of the items. So when you are ready to upload them to Canvas, you will upload them one by one. A total of 7 documents. You will only have one Window or Dropbox open.
1. Evaluate Your Key Selling Points
Using Table 16.1 and Figure 16.1 as guides, do the following:
State your career goals.
Describe the two abilities and two attributes that you want to stand out
Name the one ability and one attribute you most want to develop.
2. Analyze a Job Announcement of Interest to You
Find a job announcement for a position of interest to you. Using Figure 16.2 as a guide, do the following:
Group and categorize the key abilities and attributes that are being sought.
Describe your fit with these abilities and attributes.
3. Creating Functional OR Chronological Résumé
Create a résumé — a chronological or a functional résumé. (See sample in textbook or sample provided in Canvas). If you already have a Resume, you can submit your resume just make sure is updated to 2021
4. Creating a Reference List
Create a reference list with 3 individuals whom you could trust to provide good professional endorsements of your abilities. (See sample in textbook or sample provided)
5. Creating a Cover Letter
Write a cover letter following the proper format and spacing, (See sample in textbook or sample provided in Canvas)
6. Telling Stories with the STAR Method
Write down how you would answer one of the following interview questions using the STAR method:
(a) Can you tell me about a challenge you overcame at work?
(b) Can you give me an example of how you showed leadership at work? Or
(c) Can you tell me about one of your recent successes at work? You can substitute school experiences for work experiences if you’d like.
7. Writing a Thank-You Note
Assume you have just completed the job interview. Write a thank-you message that you think appropriately expresses gratitude and improves your chances in the hiring process. (See sample in textbook or sample provided)

You can add many abilities related to web design. If you don’t know my abilities, It’s fine if you try to make something up. You can also look for a company that is looking for someone in web design and make it look like I’m doing the letter for them like dear(name of the owner of a company or company), and in the spaces that need my personal info, you can put something like (name), (phone), etc. Thank you.
