The project topic is chosen by the student, blind of the remainder of
the requirements. The project topic will need to be relevant to the
topics which we are studying this semester. If you choose to change
your topic, please make sure to seek approval for the change.
Historical Aspects of the Topic
Discuss historic aspects such as where did it come from, when was it
first used, who first used it, why was it used, and others. Be sure
to discuss definitions and how the technology has impacted society up
to now.
Present-Day Aspects of the Topic
Discuss modern aspects of the topic, such as how is it currently
applied, who uses it, how it impacts society now, if there are any
discussions on current or potential future government regulations,
privacy concerns, and what career aspects look like.
Future Aspects of the Topic
Discuss futuristic aspects of the topic, such as where you think it is
going, what forces will play into its potential role within society,
advances in technology that make this particular concept obsolete, and
advances in technology that make this particular concept much more
involved, adopted or interesting. This part will be a means to
express your own creativity and though along with finding resources
from futurists regarding the topics.

Documented Sources
All sources are required to be documented in the formatting pattern of
your choice. If you have discussed this topic in other papers during
your educational or professional career, feel free to use those as
sources as well and cite yourself (and your team, if it were a team
effort) as authors.
Grammar / Spelling / Correctness of Format
Your paper should be in proper English, with proper word use, verb
tense, etc. Points will be removed from this section only on the most
egregious offenders.
