Short Essay Directions
Part of your project is to write a short essay on your research topic in your own words.
Please use a minimum of three sources to back up your statements on your topic.

Your paper must match known sources by less than 20%, or it will receive half credit.
The goal of this paper is to use paraphrase instead of direct citations.

You must properly cite all sources in the APA style in your paper:

Uploading Checklist
To submit your paper, you must upload a doc, docx, txt, or pdf version of the document.
You can resubmit as many times as you want before the due date, but keep in mind it takes up to 24 hours after each submission to get your originality report shown.
Do not forget to have your Works Cited section at the end of the submission.
Please note that this assignment will ONLY accept file uploads that end with a doc, docx, txt, or pdf extension.
You must properly save your document as a doc, docx, txt, or pdf to upload the file.
You must use the “Save As” command in your word processor and choose the doc, docx, txt, or pdf file type.
If you add .pdf to a Word file (.docx), it will not open for me, and you will receive no points.
