For this sale, it offers two options to its customers, so that these baskets can be acquired online and sent within 24 hours to their customers, or can be purchased directly in a small store that has opened in the same farm where the products are grown.

Customers will have the option to customise the baskets, both concerning the price and concerning the products. So that each basket is different, fully adapting to the tastes and needs of each client.
Customers will have the option of fast delivery, at a maximum of 24 hours, ensuring the excellent condition of their products.
Thanks to the collaboration with other companies, the baskets will include different types of products, such as grain, infusions or coffee.
There will be a physical store to which the customer can go to buy the products.
DEVELOP
Develop a SWOT analysis in an explanatory table of Luke’s current situation, taking as a reference the status of another company dedicated to the sale of this same product. Determines the competitive advantage of Luke regarding the company considered as a reference.
