The strategy plan should cover all the major decisions that are made in BizCafe. Your report should go beyond merely describing your decision and your results. It should provide your
analysis of how your decisions impacted the results over the 10 periods. You can use the
simulation model (discussed in class) to frame your analysis. Specifically, explain how your
decisions affected key performance factors, and eventually your results.2. (1-2 pages). Based on your analysis above, describe the strategy that you expect to adopt in
the direct competition (note: by no means are you restricted to follow this strategy in the
direct competition. The purpose of this assignment is to allow you to develop a deeper
understanding of the industry and the decisions. You will of course modify your strategy in
the direct competition based on the actual conditions you face).
