Previous work focused on the implications for social change and the significance of the study. All research of quality and rigor must address these issues: Why is the research worth doing? What can be learned? Who will it benefit and how? It is important to refine your statements on this topic, in order that they can be incorporated into your Prospectus. You will be required to address these issues in your Proposal and the rest of your Dissertation, as well.

Using the Dissertation Prospectus Guide, refine this week’s Discussion 2 post that describes the significance of your proposed study. In what ways would your study advance knowledge, practice, or policy, and lead to positive social change?

After completing this section, in the order of required components of the Prospectus, you have now covered the title, problem statement, overall purpose of the study, significance, background, and theoretical framework.

Review your Prospectus draft of all of these components and edit it.2 Short answers
I’m studying for my Law class and don’t understand how to answer this. Can you help me study?

Please take a look in the attachment and then make a short answer for the fowling questions >>>>

Q1:You’ve read the scenario the team is dealing with at Bistro 205. You have an employee who is, by all accounts, a perfect employee. She is “offending” some of your customers by wearing a hajib at work. What should you do about this and explain WHY you came to this recommendation. Which part(s) of COVER did you use? Be sure to include an analysis of Title VII (employers cannot discriminate against employees on basis of religion).

Q2: You are putting together a “guide for managers” booklet and want to cover two specific scenarios.

1. Belligerent Customer: You have a customer that is being belligerent and threatening others. You suspect the customer is drunk. What do you advise your managers do in these circumstances and why? STEP by STEP instructions on what to do. (Your answer should include agency, tort and ethical considerations).

2. Vigilante Customer: A group of customers just “dined and dashed” (ate/drank and ran out without paying their bill). Another customer saw this happen and followed them out to the parking lot. He began a pursuit of their vehicle and called the manager to report their whereabouts. What should your manager do and why? (Your answer should include agency, tort and ethical considerations).type a Memoir: nursing homework help
I don’t understand this English question and need help to study.

Two things about the memoir:

1. Make sure that you write the memoir for an audience of non-international students. In doing so, remember what they will know, what they don’t know, and the language expectations they have for personal stories. As we have seen in our samples, personal stories are often told in less formal language than some other forms of writing.

2. The memoir should have a main point ( or thesis) that you are demonstrating through your own experience. For this project, that main point will need to be related to the theme of the section of your textbook that you read for the summary/responses. There are many ways to approach this. One way might be, as we looked at in class the other day, through the idea of normal. In this case, it is not enough just to teach about a different normal, but to demonstrate why, or what the results of that “normal” might be. The personal example I gave in class the other day looked at how I saw my options for “normal” living environments” and “jobs” as a gay man. At this point in my life, I realize that my idea of what was normal caused me to limits my options. While these limits may have made my life easier, they also took away opportunities. A second option would be to look through your text a look at some of the sections in BOLD and consider the variety of ideas related to your topic.

One last thing, it helps sometimes to think about what QUESTION our main point answers. Ask yourself, “Is it a question people would have, and is it important to answer?” Of course, important is related to the audience.psychological disorders: assignment help philadelphia

Question 1:

Nevada has a unique rule that affords SOME employees overtime on a daily basis, which is an additional benefit to the federal and state rule that hourly, non-exempt, employees are entitled to overtime for each hour over 40 in a workweek. First, tell me which employees are entitled to daily overtime. Be specific! Then, tell me in your own words how the daily overtime rule works. This is something I asked you to research.

Question 2:

“Exempt” employees are not entitled to a minimum wage or overtime under federal and state law. First, in your own words, identify the three requirements that must be met for an employer to classify an employee as “exempt.” Then, do some research into “misclassification.” Sometimes, employers misclassify intentionally and sometimes they do so mistakenly. Explain the common motive employers have when they misclassify intentionally and the common mistake employers make when they misclassify mistakenly. Finally, what penalties might an employer face for misclassification?

Question 3:

Many hospitality employees in Nevada are asked by their employers to be “on-call” for work, meaning there is no guarantee of work, only the possibility of work if the employer calls. There is legitimate debate about whether employees should be compensated for being on “on-call” whether they get called into work or not. Do some research into the debate. Then, tell me what factors a court may consider when faced with the argument that an employer should pay employees who are “on-call.” What factors weigh against paying for “on-call” time? What is your opinion on the subject?
