I need an explanation for this Management question to help me study.
This is a group assignment and my part is 2,3. you need to use at least two resources to support the answers and you need to find the resources from https://www.library.unlv.edu. We choose KFC as our fast-food restaurant brand. don’t worry about the question number 1,4,5. I just need to do 2,3.
Congratulations! You are the executive team of a restaurant start-up that has been awarded a food and beverage franchise at the Raider’s stadium. You are responsible for choosing a fast-food restaurant brand. This project will guide you through the stages of opening, operating, and expanding your business.
You are at the initial stages of formulating a plan to open your retstaurant. For this assignment, you will:
1) Develop a philosophy and mission statement that must be unique. This section must include:– Which brand are you choosing and why? (5 points)– Mission statement.– Short-term goals and long-term financial, marketing, and HR goals for your property.Worth 10 points.
2) Assess the internal environment. This section needs to include:– Number of staff you will need. Specifically, address whether or not you intend to use a temporary staffing agency.– Work duties for each department– Management hierarchy– Worth 5 points
3) Assess the external environment/ This section needs to include:– Who is your competition?– Who is your target audience within those attending football games and concerts?– Worth 5 points
4) Develop a strategic direction for your restaurant. Should you use an Art of War, Service-Profit Chain, or Lean Management approach to this implementation?– Describe the pros and cons of each of these management styles.– Select the one style you would use. If you wish to combination of styles, you can do that too. Describe the challenges you might face as well as the benefits.– Worth 5 points
5) You are expected to do research to find this information. You cannot make-up the information regarding salaries, staff duties, or best-practices. Please make sure you cite your references using APA style. This means you must have a list of references at the end of your homework in alphabetical order AND you must have in-text citations. An in-test citation looks like this: Previous research suggest that consumers value the relationship they built with hosts while staying at an Airbnb-style accommodation (Belarmino, Whalen, Koh, & Bowen, 2017).
Failure to include citations will result in a loss of 15 points.Failure to follow the correct citation procedures outlined below will result in a loss of points. https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style/apa_formatting_and_style_guide/general_format.html (Links to an external site.)
Spelling and grammar count. Please make sure that you review your document before uploading the final copy. Sometimes a shared drive does tricky things to your papers! Make sure your spacing, punctuation, etc. is correct.Teaching Philosophy Paper
I need support with this History question so I can learn better.
I am asking you to write a teaching philosophy as your final exam for a few reasons. Teaching positions and in some cases, credential programs, will they ask you to write a teaching philosophy. They will want to know your approach to teaching, what role you believe education should have in society, and in some cases, they will ask you about your level of consciousness about socio-economic challenges and education. Search and admissions committees will also want to know concrete ways you implement or plan to implement your philosophy on education. You, for example, may write in your teaching philosophy that setting up a safe and welcoming environment is critical to learning. To demonstrate how you would do this, you will need to explain that you achieve that welcoming and safe environment by speaking informally with each of your students throughout the week about anything, but school to develop a relationship with them. You may also explain that rather than discipline behavior, you think about keeping relationships and fixing them when you need to fix them. By doing this, you can expect students to also take the initiative to fix relationships when they are broken. These are just a few examples that show an abstract theoretical/philosophical idea related to learning with concrete examples of implementation.
We have explored different ways to teach US History at the K-12 level using the works of Culturally Responsive Teaching & the Brain: Promoting Authentic Engagement and Rigor Among Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Students. By (Zaretta Hammond), For White Folks who Teach in the Hood…and for the Rest of Y’all Too: Reality Pedagogy and Urban Education.Boston, MA: Beacon Press, 2016. By (Christopher Emdin), Better than Carrots or Sticks: Restorative Practices for Positive Classroom Management. Alexandria, VA: ASCD, 2015. By (Dominique Smith, Douglas Fisher, and Nancy Frey. ( The highlight part is the books that we used in the class) The period of exploration we examined was from the before the arrival of Europeans to the Americas through World War I. A teaching philosophy related to the discipline of History should also explain the relationship with society, that is, it should address the question of why and how we should teach History. I, for example, have made the argument that the past never leaves us. We are still living through the effects of the conquest of Native Americans starting in the sixteenth century, the legacies of slavery, the ways sexism developed, and, unfortunately, racism continues as an issue. Recall Ogbu’s theory regarding the relationship between social challenges and conquest. Native Americans, African Americans, Mexican Americans, Pacific Islanders, and Puerto Ricans in this country, for example, continue to experience socio-economic challenges largely because they entered this country as conquered people. The past, therefore, for these groups will never go away. History also explains why other groups live a life of privilege in this country because they never experienced conquest.
A teaching philosophy will ask you to delve into concrete ways you would teach US History. You, for example, may mention in your teaching philosophy that the histories of women are important because by ignoring them we ignore half the population and, therefore, a critical part of our society and history. To show how you would teach the History of women, you may do what last week’s group did and implement social media as a way to raise an awareness about the difficult experiences women have faced to achieve equal rights. Women continue to live in a society of double standards.
I would like you to write a teaching philosophy for your final exam in this class that is between three to five double-spaced pages long. In the first part, develop your philosophy about 2 teaching in general. Please provide concrete examples. I will require that you use the three pedagogical works we have examined to develop that philosophy of teaching. In the second part, delve into concrete ways that you would teach the following three issues related to US History from Pre-Columbian times to WWI: Slavery and Racism, Capitalism and Life, Women. You should show an understanding of every major period in US History that we have explored. I will use the following rubric to grade your work so please include all of them in the paper:
1. Did the student format their paper according to the following: 12pt Font, 1 in. margins, double-spaced, and Times New Roman? 2pts
2. Did the student write only their name and the date on the top left-hand corner? 2pts
3. Does the title state Teaching Philosophy? 2pts
4. Does the first sentence supply the scope of the teaching philosophy? 5pts
5. Does the first part of the teaching philosophy develop a pedagogical approach with concrete examples? 20pts
6. Does the second part of the teaching philosophy develop a concrete pedagogical approach to teach Slavery and Racism, Capitalism and Life, and Women in US History? 20pts
7. Does the second part show an understanding of different periods in US History from PreColumbian times to WWI? 20pts
8. Did the student use the works of Zaretta Hammond, Christopher Emdin, Dominique Smith, Douglas Fisher, and Nancy Frey? 10pts
9. Did the student write three to five double-spaced pages? 5pts
10. Did the student draft a well-written paper with few grammatical and style mistakes? 14pts Total:

Type of cloud computing solution used by facebook
Cloud computing is not a technology but is considered as the model of computing, and in this model, all the applications, networks, servers, and other elements related to data centers are available to IT and end-users through the internet (Subashini, & Kavitha, 2011). IT is allowed to purchase only the type and amount of computing services that they need. In Software as a Service (SaaS), data and software are centrally hosted and accessed with the use of web browsers through the internet. Some common examples of SaaS applications include human resource management, customer relationship management and email accounts.
Traditionally, software is bought and installed but a SaaS application is sold on the basis of subscription and the vendor is responsible for hosting and maintenance service. Since the SaaS applications only require internet connection, they are considered to be ready to use solutions for both small and large business organizations. The characteristics of SaaS include; scalability, integration with more extensive applications, access from multiple network devices, and multi-tenancy in architecture.
On the other hand, the developers are provided with a platform to write their own SaaS application by the Platform as a Service (PaaS) (Hasan & Akhter, 2014). Necessary tools that are used in creating, testing, hosting, and maintaining the application that has been created are also provided to the developers by the PaaS. Despite the developers of the apps being free to create any application they wish, the app is locked to the platform used to create it. Therefore, the development of applications using this method can be low cost or free. The developers can be allowed to leverage the infrastructure and tools of the cloud company that is already established or migrating the existing applications. Facebook is an example of PaaS.
Proprietary APIs are used by the developers to facilitate the creation of a specific application for the Facebook platform and then make the application available to all the facebook users. The essential features of PaaS include integrated services such as database integration, security, and storage, application hosting, deployment environment, development, and testing. Facebook has the ability to allow users to respond, and this is a characteristic of PaaS, which enables the users to be highly responsive to their apps. Any update is automatically deployed on facebook, meaning that the changes happen more quickly.
Another characteristic that makes a Paas model is that it supports remote work. This means that it allows people to collaborate from across the globe (Dudi, 2013). PaaS is considered to be a cloud computing model that makes a great solution for organizations that have development teams across different locations. Facebook, as a PaaS, allows users to collaborate in real-time, and they will not be busy while managing servers and other infrastructure. Facebook does not allow users to start from scratch since they are only allowed to create an account to be able to access the application. Facebook is easy to run without extensive system admin and enables multiple users. Therefore it is cost-effective and time-effective, and I believe that Facebook is a PaaS.

Facebook as SaaS Social Media
Facebook is the world’s largest social network. Facebook SaaS Cloud Computing. In justifying our position, you say that Facebook is SaaS cloud computing because there is no vulnerability. “Facebook at Work” is another test that gives prospects the opportunity to unite and unite representatives for the productive use of Facebook tools, which they probably use at this time, for example, messages, news feeds, groups, etc. A Facebook spokesperson wrote in an email. Facebook has gained credit as the main recognized social media sauce, but it has several drawbacks.
Although the most commonly accepted way to be alone with a loved one is the commonly accepted path, it greatly reduces the psychological channel and security mentioned on Twitter above (Goudin, 2015). However, its use as a hidden special tool between partners and family members still gives him an important place in this summary. In the end, he is known for joining the light entertainment of companies like Ginga and Popcap, which puts him at the top, otherwise he is at 5th. SaaS is the ability for the buyer to use its supplier. Queries on a Cloud basis, respectively. Applications are presented from various user devices through a small user interface such as a web program or project interface (Jamsa, 2012).
Features of SASS:
Software A service (SaaS) is classified as programming over the Internet. With SaaS, the provider licenses the license for clients, free of charge, for example, from a list of promotions or client transactions, as a governance based on interests, through membership in the pay-as-you-go model, or from other streams other than the client. Therefore, it is important for buyers and consumers to understand what SaaS is and where it is appropriate (Pasi Tierwynen, 2010). As with various types of “cloud computing,” devices sold as SASS are actually compatible with generally accepted cloud computing values. Some characteristic signs
SaaS includes:
Reduction Cost Reduction: SaaS has a price difference because it typically lives in a typical or multi-user environment where the cost of equipment and programming permissions are lower compared to the traditional model.
Reducing Time for Profit Profit: In SaaS, the application is now designed and developed. The client has the advantage of providing a server for the case in the cloud.
Re new releases: SaaS providers are reviewing the agreement and making it available to their customers. The costs and efforts associated with revisions and new costs are lower compared to the traditional model.
Easy to Use: SaaS helps, but is easy to use, because it now attends best works and tests them privately. Customers can pre-test ideas and check product usage or other release information (Chao, 2012).
The most appropriate deployment model:
Hybrid cloud is the most appropriate deployment model for a social networking site like Facebook. A hybrid cloud integrates private or open fog, as well as the benefits of multiple deployment models for performance reasons. The model with half cloud computing allows associations to more efficiently use existing resources, provide a more revised level of internal failures and security, and access to environments without having to rely entirely on the Internet. While the association may need some business administration and sensitive data to live with a reasonable cause, it should leverage the benefits of simplified responses to facilitate the use of an existing IT base, providing a successful method for sending hybrid cloud deployments (Jacobo 2012).
