So I wrote this dissertation proposal. When I brought it to my committee, they felt as if I needed to improve my paper. Tighten up some sections and make it more up to date on information since COVID-19 has evolved. I have attached their comments on a document attached. In order for me to move on, I HAVE TO apply their comments , and improve this paper. It is very difficult for me to find someone to understand and help. Please do not send me back the same paper. It needs to be improved. Not just APA or grammar but I need help with rewriting and changing content.
The content of my paper starts on page 2 and ends on the 26 (25 pages-paid for). This is the meat of the paper.
I paid for an extra page because I need you to create an Outline after you improve the paper to help guide me through the paper. I also added my previous draft outline for the proposal
Pages 27-35 is the reference page.
Finally page 35-47 is my appendices.
