EACH spec will include at least two descriiptors for the following:
Burger patty w/ bun and at least two other ingredients…i.e., onion, tomato, lettuce, french fries, condiments and a drink.
Hamburger Bun. Additional topping: Number 1- i.e., lettuce
Additional topping: Number 2- i.e., onion
French Fries
Ketchup or Mustard
Cold Beverage.
– First will be a fast food, inexpensive operation. Selling price for your burger, fries and soda combination under $5.
– Second operation will be moderately priced with total plate combination w/ soda under $12.
– Third set of specs will be for a high end, top quality restaurant. Total plate selling price w/ soda under $25.
