1) Create the base feature,
2) Use sweep cutout to create the top curves in both directions,
3) Use cutout to create the top and the bottom part and save as top.part and bottom.part file,
4) Add 5-degree angle draft to the top and bottom parts,
5) Add radius: Top: for the top edges and side edges, Bottom: for the bottom edges and side edges,
6) Create 2 mm thin walls to the bottom and the top parts,
7) Create a lip using sweep cut 1mm * 1mm along the edge at the top and 1.2 x .9mm for the bottom parts using sweep protrusion,
8) Create an opening on the top and on the bottom sections, (height 1mm and width of the sim card (the opening will be used to insert the full size card into the reader)
9) Create a chamfer on the top, bottom and side sections to guide the card inside the opening done in step 8,
10) Create an opening on the top section for the USB: height
11) Create an opening for the IR window:
12) Add all rounds to all edges (top, bottom and window)
13) Go to assembly and assemble the top, the bottom, the Window and the technical package.
