I’m studying for my Law class and don’t understand how to answer this. Can you help me study?
At 4:00 pm, Jughead arrives home after spending the afternoon with his mistress, Betty. He suddenly feels tired, and enters his study for a late afternoon nap, which is his habit. He lies down, and dies in his sleep. At precisely 4:30 pm, his wife Veronica sneaks into the study, believing he is asleep on the couch, and stabs him 22 times in the chest.
Evidence suggests that Veronica learned of Jughead’s affair just before entering the study. The autopsy confirms that Jughead’s death occurred at 4:10 pm as a result of poisoning. Subsequently, police obtained a written confession from Betty stating that she poisoned Jughead.
Write a formal essay recommending, if any, charges against Veronica. Support your answer using statutes, case law, and other external sources. Please double-space, use a 12-pt font and APA format. Answers must not exceed 500 words (not including cover page and bibliography–you do not have to draft an abstract).4.4 Reader Response for “What is an Author” by Foucault
I’m stuck on a English question and need an explanation.
There’s a lot going on in this essay. Look at the Attached document, and use it to address the following questions:
What distinctions does Foucault make between a person and an author? What are some of the compelling ideas, and what makes them speak to you?
When answering these, think about using full paragraphs, and quoting passages from the argument that comes to mind that help support your explanations.
The Reader Response will be graded by a simple rubric you can see here, and must be done by the time we review the piece in class. Consider how you might use the Reader Responses to advance your work on the papers we’re working on.Rhetorical Essay: nursing case study help

Giver Paper (4 pages minimum, double-spaced, 1-inch margins, Times New Roman 12-point font)
Write an essay connecting class materials/discussion to Lois Lowry’s The Giver, reflecting on the questions in both A and B:
A. How does Jonas come to an understanding of himself? What role does memory play in this understanding?
B. Does Jonas make the right ethical decision in leaving his community? How does the relationship he has with his community play a role in his coming to that decision?
The essay should relate observations regarding these questions to content from the course texts and discussions. Be sure that the introduction of your paper includes your thesis about each question, and that the body of your paper presents logically constructed arguments to support your theses. Papers should include reference to events, characters, plot/subplots and themes in the novel relevant to your argument, but must not retell the story.
No outside research is required or expected on this assignment, but a close and thoughtful reading of the novel and its relationship to course topics is necessary. Use of any outside materials in your paper should nonetheless use proper citation. (See the Catalog statement on “Plagiarism” in “Class Policies” in syllabus.) Connecting class discussions and other readings will strengthen the essay and is essential for a B-level grade or above on this assignment (see assignment rubric below).
