Learning Goal: I’m working on a law project and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.Read the 3 cases set forth below and then draft a legal memo to me (include To/From/Re/Date in the heading) explaining whether a cause of action for negligent assault can be legally maintained. The memo should be at least 2 to 3 pages, double spaced, typed. It should contain 1) an introductory paragraph which sets forth the answer to the question and the reason why; 2) several paragraphs discussing each of the 3 cases; and 3) a conclusion paragraph that sums up, restates the answers, and ties the cases cited and the law together. You should synopsize the cases and pull out the rule of law from each. Create a strong, succinct introductory paragraph and don’t forget to have a conclusion paragraph pulling it all together. Decide how much of the facts of each case you want to discuss in the body of the paper, if at all. Perhaps you just want to use the law that comes out of a case without discussing the facts of each. I leave that to you. Consider whether a discussion of the important facts of the case gives the reader a better sense of the law.Case Name, Procedural History, Statement of Facts, Issue, Holding, ReasoningCases to Read:Panzella v. Burns, 565 NYS2d 194; Demarest v. Bailey, 668 NYS2d 722; Mazzaferro v. Albany Motel, 515 NYS2d 631.Make sure when citing cases they are in proper citation form. I did not do so above, but they should be in the correct form in your memos.
Requirements: The memo should be at least 2 to 3 pages, double spaced
