presentation that reflects the importance of employee engagement in the success of a hotel and
how to keep the team engaged.
You should include one engagement theoretical model to include and discuss within your
presentation. You should also provide examples of best practice from the hotel industry and
expand on these within your presentation. Consider data and statistics that would support your
findings. Your presentation should include examples on how to engage your employees. Ensure
your presentation is well-paced and enjoyable.
